Are Numi tea bags compostable?
Yes, our tea bags are made from Non-GMO verified Manila hemp cellulose and are fully compostable. We do not use plastic or staples in our tea bags.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
